Our Specialist Community Nursing Services
We provide expert nursing care in the home for clients requiring higher levels of support, including:
- Medication Administration
- Diabetes Care – Blood Glucose Level (BGL) monitoring and insulin administration
- Complex Bowel Care – Including stoma management (colostomy or ileostomy), Peristeen, digital stimulation, high and low enemas
- Enteral Feeding (PEG Tube) Management
- Bladder Management – Bladder assessment, IDC/SPC changes
- Urinary Catheter Care – Indwelling and intermittent catheter care
- Wound Care – Acute and chronic complex wound assessment, reporting, and dressing recommendations, including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) and Vacuum-Assisted Closure (VAC)
- Ventilation Management
- Tracheostomy Care and Management
Assistance with Daily Personal Activities
Our qualified support workers provide essential personal and domestic support to assist veterans with day-to-day living. Services include:
· Personal hygiene – showering, dressing, grooming, shaving, and oral care
· Toileting – bowel care and catheter bag emptying
· Mobility – transfers in and out of bed, and to chairs
· Daily skin checks – pressure injury prevention and monitoring
· Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
· Health Assessments – Regular assessments to monitor health status, manage symptoms, and prevent complications.
Our goal is to support veterans in living comfortably and confidently at home, tailoring our services to make everyday life easier, safer, and more enjoyable.

We assist veterans with travel services to:
- Medical appointments

- Local shopping centres
- Community and social visits
